Dear Preds and friends, someone I love has passed away.  I didn't know whether to say anything here but ...  my heart is broken. Maybe it will help to say it.

@Yahooey : Photo brings back memories. I had a big cast after orthopedic surgery and was trying to set up in bed. Mom was bringing my lunch tray with a chili dog . Brother's dog, a beagle named Dodie, came rushing in the house from the backyard. She jumped up on my bed and yes snatched my chili dog and it was in her mouth just like the photo you posted. Dodie was so proud but Mom was planning to give her a hot dog without the bun and chili.🤷‍♀️😳😀
