Good afternoon- Preds and friends. Y'all are making me hungry and especially things that I can't eat right now but please enjoy and eat my portion. Love the recipes and photos. Some people just have all the talent.  Well last week - DH had a flair up with his fibro and arthritis. This weekend with all the rain got my lower back. Getting old is not for the weak.I found a few Prime specials. As y'all know no longer have a stand mixer and used that with a meat grinder to make a special cranberry salad for Thanksgiving and Christmas. The recipe calls for cranberries and marshmallows to be ground together. Several days ago was researching manual or electrical meat grinders and ones available were brands that I never heard of. Any way one that I had looked at was reduced today by $11 so decided will try this since I will never use it to grind meat. I have a Brother PTouch label machine was was needing more tape. Found a package of 4 for $8 which was $3 cheaper when last purchase was made in March 2019. My excitement for to day. Always enjoy Cowboy Sam's adventures and getting dressed up. 🤗❤️

@cowboy sam that's a good question.  While I'm working from home, DH is in the office.  I can tell him every morning "please don't work late" but he ends up staying late 1-2 hours.  So after a few months of this, I decided to cook dinner around 6pm if he's home - great.  If not, that's why God made the microwave.

@Bri369 : Yes it is pretty. I love the sweet and tart combination with the crunch of pecans. It is good with ham. Growing up being ultra skinny- my favorite sandwich with the left overs included slices of turkey, cornbread dressing smoothed over the turkey and then the cranberry salad on top. Yep - I know= bread on top of corn bread. Mother had three beautiful cut glass bowls that she put the cranberry salad in and I still have the bowls.
