@Yahooey ...lol...That is a perfect description of what it is like when we are going through our closets during the change of seasons!...lol

Soma has some really cute pajama shorts too!...I wear my tank tops with both shorts and lounging pants...so comfortable and non-constricting...while relaxing at home!

I wear my regular shorts, capris, slacks when going out...all cotton and light colors...I don't like wearing dark colors during the hot Summer months...Dark colors make me feel hotter!...I like maxi skirts also...just above the ankle...cool cotton gauze...freeing and good airflow...lol

all of Grace's kittens have been adopted - 2 girls going together and the 2 boys - Grace already left to join Mercy

Stella and Twinkle have not been spoken for - OMGosh - those 2 are beauties and I know Stella is skittish but oh so sweet

I haven't been here in quite some time and immediately came to this thread only to find out about Preds' passing. I'm in shock. My condolences to her family and to everyone here who has known her for years. I didn't know her that long, but way back, I remember the fun we had with a particular thread -- the Susan Graver Star Trek thread in the Fashion Forum. So silly, but boy, did we have a blast at the time. Preds will be remembered for her kind heart and humor. Rest well, Preds.

@Yahooey ...That is great news!....I'm so happy that adoptions have not been affected during this time and everything is progressing so well for TK!....I did see that Grace and Mercy have been reunited and have checked in on their Facebook page from time to time...I don't keep up with TK as often, but do peek in every now and then, as it will always hold a very special place in my heart as well as you and everyone on the TK thread!

Did you get some good rain today?....We got a good amount this afternoon....such a relief as everything was getting so dry...It's been such a cozy day and there is such a beautiful glow outside now and everything looks so fresh.

This is my favorite time of day....twilight time....something so tranquil and soothing about it.

Hope everyone has had a good day...It's been so quiet here!

@PamfromCT ...Hi PamfromCT, I was reading your post and when I came across "stuffed baked potatoes" it brought back memories. When in Jr High School we had cooking classes and the first thing we learned to cook were stuffed baked potatoes.

Bake the potato, carefully remove the the inside, mash them with butter, place it back into the peel, back in oven for a very quick slight browning. I guess I drove my parents and sister crazy because I thought I was a chef and insisted we have them with dinner many nights afterward.

@Lindsays Grandma, I add more to these potatoes, like a little sour cream, chives, and grated cheese. They are great to make for company because you make them ahead and everybody likes them. Next time I will add a little bacon.
