I didn't see this, but I DVR'd the show and just watched it. I didn't see any of Nick Chavez' shows,  because I use other products. But I do know this. Valerie is a person of strong faith. I imagine Pat is too, and although I don't know much about Nick I did see the tribute to him. During this a few people talked about HIS faith.

So I see nothing wrong with Valerie and Pat discussing him and how wearing this bracelet would make Pat feel better when she looks at it because she doesn't "have words." And she can remember her dear friend.
