For a company as big as QVC I am disgusted with the severe delay in shipping out orders! Come on, loosen your purse strings and do what is necessary to fulfill orders in the pipeline at QVC in a timely manner. Rival companies selling to the public have a much better track record in accommodating their customers. I'm about to be thru being a loyal customer with QVC!

Equally annoying is how long it takes to receive the order once it ships. It all takes too long.

I did expedited shipping, paid 19 bucks. It is 6 days overdue. I can't call to get shipping refund as they don't answer phone. They have no shipping updates I emailed the social team a couple days ago and haven't heard from them They have sent me 2 rings in wrong color they did it twice. The don't ship in a timely manner. And there is no one around to take calls. It is disgraceful for a company this large. I ordered wen from qvc, still not here after 10 days (2 day shipping) lol I order from chaz dean site, here in 5 days Nordstrom, even amazon, soft surroundngs, Macy's and ever other retailer ships in normal time. Some one is really running things bad

I'm still waiting for an order that was estimated to be delivered to me on 5/30 (I ordered it on 5/24). Now they tell me the ETA is 6/9. I doubt that.

Same here. Two weeks and orders still in process. I guess they will arrive before Christmas !!😡

I'm not going to stop ordering from QVC because of the delay. I'm just not going to believe their ETA.

I have neither shipped or received anything from or to anyone on time in the last two months no matter what shipping service that has been used.
I shipped an item to a relative in AZ. I sent it Priority 2 - 3 days. It finally got there 7 days later. No break in shipping for the extended delay. That was just over $15.00 to ship it priority. Not even an "I'm sorry". Nor an excuse.
I ordered something from Amazon. That 2 to 3 days also took a week.
I ordered from Walmart. That took 2 1/2 weeks on one part of the order, and 3 weeks on the other item.
Not making excuses for the Q, but no one is speed shipping these days.
The one FedEx guy said he had the most deliveries in one day ever. Even more than during Christmas.
I recently waited for an item from the Q for over 1 month. It seems the local UPS location lost it. By the time they finally found it, I had received a replacement from the Q. Now that same package is sitting at the Post Office waiting for some returns agent to pick it up so it can go back to QVC.
Mistakes happen, items get lost, and everyone is overworked. A break in the cost of shipping would be nice, but I get that the shipping companies have hired on extra help to take care of the overload of items, and those people have to be paid. Some folks are out of jobs, and others have more work than they can handle.

My orders from Sams and Wal Mart take longer too. I don't feel like this is QVC's fault. We are in a pandemic. Some people are still panicking and stocking up. I think these places are probably doing the best they can, and I imagine they are working very hard.
I had to call customer service twice today, because I had tripple and quadruple orders, because they weren't showing the orders had gone thru, and both times the operators that helped me were very kind and resolved my problem quickly.
We are living in a time where we need to give everyone some grace, if possible. I'm sorry you all aren't getting your things when you want and hopefully you will get them soon.
