Please say a prayer

[ Edited ]

... that God's will will be done. Both of my parents are close to death. My daughter says it looks like they're seeing who can die the first. Mom has never recovered from my brother dying a little over a year ago and dad has gone downhill recently very quickly. I'm on my way over there now. They're asking for me. Times I spent with my dad the last three visits have been very very meaningful but Mom is another story. Her dementia is an angry one. She's not mad at me but it comes off that way. I wish they could leave this world and be with  my brother and thier Lord and Savior for eternity.

Oh, @monicakm , and you have your own health issues, too.

Prayers that all of you will be held in grace and healing.  Heart

I have a close friend who lost her elderly dad earlier this year and her mother has dementia.  My friend is the only one taking care of her each day and it gets very hard to listen to some of the things her mother says.

Take time , for a private moment with your  parents even though they may have dementia or be in a coma  to have your last   words .  May both your parents have a loved one hold their hands when they depart this life.  Many Prayers

Absent from the body is presence with the Lord. Adding my prayers for a calm and uncomplicated transition to their eternal home.
