Why Mally is on Beauty Besties and is explaining how to use Kim's makeup?

The Host - Melissa was a make up artist for years in NYC and could sell make up all by herself. Any lines, any day. Mally had her own line for years and was a make up artist and is not an actual Q host. No need for her. Kim is neither a host nor make up artist but has become a staple at the Q regardless. 3 hosts so to speak is over kill and wildly unnecessary, not to mention - 3 paychecks. No wonder Quarate struggles financially.

Please explain why Mally pulled her top down to put Kim's Body Cream on her arms  Just when you think you have seen it all.

She is an extrovert and needs constant attention - I find her antics rather dramatic.

Mally was a makeup artist before she had her own cosmetics line.  I first heard of her when she was doing Makeup for Beyoncé.  I don't think it is It uncommon for a makeup artist to be versed in many cosmetic lines.  I happen to enjoy her!

Maybe their coworkers are taking bets on who can be more obnoxious?  Or loud?  Or but in the most?

@Bonkers1  I don't watch QVC on TV, but I do know of Mally. She has been around forever!  She was a leading celebrity make up artist long before she came to QVC.   She did make up for shoots, movies and  concerts and the ilk. She created her make up brand before she came to QVC. Then she sold the brand a few years ago. She also studied fashion design before she went into make up.  She left fashion for the mke up field, and that was the beginning.  She a,so does hVe experience in fashion.   Applying make up is her expertise though  that's where she got her name and fame and made her big bucks!

Mally is an actual QVC host now.  They wouldn't use her if she wasn't effective.   Plus the 3 paycheck issue is irrelevant--just a drop in the bucket.  Quarate's financial situation is not going to be solved by eliminating hosts and changing designers.  It's a business model issue.
