I usually use automated phone ordering and I always have the option to use easy pay or not to use it.

If you go all the way through the call it will say "do you want to do blah, blah, blah or do you want step by step ordering. If you choose the later you get a chance to opt out of easy pay. It is a pain in the neck, but that's what I have to do every time.
This is correct. The only way to opt out of easy pay with the telephone automated ordering is, when prompted, to choose the "step by step" option. It asks you about each detail of your order, including if you would like easy pay (and which number of easy pays if available). At that point it has the option to choose to pay in full. And yes, I agree it's a pain, but it is available.

I have the same issue. For automated ordering via the phone, QVC does default to the last credit card you used but if you do automated ordering via online, QVC defaults to the credit card that is the first card listed in your account. I have 3 credit cards listed and it always chooses my Discover card when I do automated online ordering even though I use my Mastercard almost every time. But in the rare occassions I purchase via phone, it correctly uses my Mastercard.
I have talked to CS about this many times as it is annoying that when ordering I have to check the box to review my order so I can uncheck the Discover card and check my Mastercard. What QVC IT needs to do is place a check box by each payment method and allow the customer to choose their default payment. I shouldn't need to delete all but 1 credit card for QVC to use my payment method of choice.

Yes if you can use a computer to post here, you can use that same computer to place your order, and customize it as you like

We just changed our cable service provider and I just noticed that you can use your remote to order. It gives you the option to buy what is being shown on the tv or you can go to the TSV and order that along with items that have recently aired. I just thought wow, that is probably dangerous for people who have a trouble with shopping. It makes it so easy.
