        With the major winds we're having here, I'll just go outside and catch a gust going in your direction!  Don't worry about the drinks, I'll strap a backpack on with a selection of beverages...  I always aim to please!

People post real names, order #s, phone #s and I have seen addresses, but not in CC so much. Just like on Amazon, people think the forum is their direct connection to CS and that the forum is monitored & responded to by CS 24/7. Amazon customers do the same thing.

Believe it - not everyone who posts here uses common sense.
