Recent reports mostly originate from: Chicago, Seattle, Denver, Houston, Boston, Portland, Philadelphia, Baltimore, New York, and San Jose.

Today, Comcast Corp. said they'd issue a "roughly $2.00" credit to customers that had problems on Monday.  But customers have to ask for it - phone, tweet, or online chat.
