The person agitating the situation can be charged if they do so. It is like yelling fire in a crowded theater when there is no fire. Reckless Endangerment.

you have no proof that the second person did that. I am not saying he did not, but right now that is not the info that has been released.

There were two recording, right? One from afar and one right there by the poor ranger.

They are still looking for 2 other people to question, so the investigation is ongoing.

ALL responsible parties who acted illegally should be charged.
