I went to one of our local Hospitals Emergency yesterday due to what looked like a blood clot around the ankle area and extending upwards of my right leg. It was swollen and getting larger and very red. So, while I was there I mentioned this Viral Bronchitis I have.
After blood work, chest ex-ray, ultra sound and anything else they could think of I was finally informed of the diagnosis:
Community-Acquired Pneumonia - Adult
I was totally shocked, never expected that.
Cellulitis - Adult -
I had this once before about a year ago. I felt something sting me under my left eye, thought a bug got to me. A red mark came up and got bigger, went to Urgent Care, the doctor called it Cellulitis, an infection enters the body and if not taken care of can cause major problems. At least with today's problem it wasn't a clot or worse, and can be taken care of with prescription medication.
Once my medication starts its magic I will be feeling so much better, but no matter what, I will be sending laughs your way.

@Lindsays Grandma Cellulitis is serious business. If it begins getting worse, you need to return to the ER. It is nothing to play around about.

@Lindsays Grandma I'm with @Nonametoday on the cellulitis. I would hope that they drew a circle around the area to measure if it 'grows'. If it looks even a smidgeon bigger than it was when you went to ER, get back there immediately.
My niece had it near the end of August and she was inpatient for a couple of days - not trying to scare you.
