There are a few stores in the lower level, including Tri State liquor. I actually purchase here weekly, I live in PA a mile from the state line.

PA is the corrupt state, that's what we call it. Same thing with inspection for your car, we have to do it every year but Jersey and DE do it every 2 years. Kind of stupid since I could be in either state in a matter of minutes. My car is safer than your car, lol!

I also have no problem going to Tri State Liquor.  I also buy my gas in Delaware, much cheaper than Pa.  I have never been stopped.

Just received my online order from Minnesota.  PA opened a few stores for pick up but none in my area and there is already a day wait for pickup.

Re: PA Residents Crossing State Lines For Booze.

Waaaay back in the day when PA res. worked in Ohio at the steel mills. We lived about 20 miles from the state line and there was a big deal about milk--much cheaper in Ohio. A relative worked at Republic and would stop once or twice a week to buy milk for the neighbors.
