Forgive me for not reading all 107 post. What about the victims? 20 of them worked for a Electronic Warfare and radar defense company. Were they just there by happenstance? They may be useful to someone.

Re: Overkill coverage of plane

There is no way that I would ever come on here and say there is too much coverage on this plane. I appreciate every single second that CNN is on and focused on this plane. Put your self in one of these family's home who are waiting for news of their loved ones. ASK them if they would like not to have so much attention put on this plane and I will bet every single family member are grateful to CNN for devoting so much time to this. You people act like fools fighting over news channels grow up you all have a remote controller watch the channel you want and quit your arguing back and forth all your going to do is make them pull this topic. My prayers and thought are with these family's who got on a plane with a safe destination in mind, and the family's who are in such distress looking for answers. Put yourself in this scene and picture your self as a part of one of these family's. then tell me were your thoughts are.

Re: Overkill coverage of plane

I seriously doubt these passengers and crew are being held anywhere on the planet. The relatives had to be forcibly removed from a conference today.

Yes, and also, if we were in any type of hostage or stranded situation, we would be grateful that people all around the world were trying to find/rescue us.

'More or less', 'Right or wrong', 'In general', and 'Just thinking out loud ' (as usual).

Re: Overkill coverage of plane

I just can't get these poor family's off my mind. All these days and hours have gone by and they are no closer to solving this. I would be glued to any channel that had any one who cared enough to discuss this and keep this as a main topic. My son comes home every single night from work and his first words are ""what's the news on the plane?""

Re: Overkill coverage of plane

wouldn't mind the news coverage if they were reporting actual news...but it is all mind-numbing speculation with nothing to substantiate anything at all
