An hour of Barre3 4-5 days per week & walking at least 30 minutes a few times a week once the weather gets nice. I try to walk in a local forest preserve at least twice a week: 20 minute walk to get there, 35 minute walk in the preserve, & 20 minutes to walk back home.

Walking, gardening when I am outdoors and a half hour of my stationary bike daily.

I used to dance, swim, and hike. Unfortunately my spine is shot and I have chronic pain so the only exercise I get is stretches (when my pain is low), and peddling on one of those things with peddles that you set on the floor. I wish I could walk further but I cant anymore because my legs give out. (I tried numerous times).
