treadmill--walking fast or walking outside. 10,000 to 12, 000 steps a day usually. One day [er week perhaps only 6000.

Walking and in a few weeks I'm starting a Zumba class I signed up for. I'm not entirely sure my arthritic knees and a health condition I have are going to be compatible with the Zumba, but I'm going to give it a try. It's supposed to be Zuma "light".

I do pilates, yoga and my husband and I run between 3-5 miles a morning.

For my age...60...yes!
I can row in the top 5% of women 60-64, according to an app the trainer uses. I deadlift sets of 10- 135 pounds. I benchpress with 30 lb. dumbbells...and I use 30-35 lb. kettlebells for my swings.
I am working on flexibility now. I'm NOT very flexible!

I do finger crunches on the remote. I run to the bathroom. I do heavy lifting carrying my lunch to the sofa. I do deep knee bends when I use the toilet.
