Don't worry they didn't buy it, it's just bring loaned by the manufacturer. Since it won't be profitable even after 20 years, we will see if it will be implemented state wide.

Haven't the vaguest idea what you refer to. Why start a thread that is so esoteric no one can follow it? Surely you have someone around you can vent to who will know what you're talking about!

I live in Portland, but know that in my two years here some stuff just appears out of nowhere.

Also know that there are so many people smoking pot here vice cigarettes. We exited a deli late this p.m. where we take our granddaughter every Friday for ice cream and walked right into a huge cloud of pot smoke. Not my idea of what I'd like my granddaughter to be breathing.
