I ordered the IT blush on September 30th. It still had not shipped by October 9th. I called CS and told them the order was still in process. She said she could not cancel but would notify corporate office to cancel. Within an hour the order was ready to be cancelled.
Also, I have been waiting for over 5 days to get a refund on an order that was received on 10/5. I just don't get what is happening at the Q.
It is very discouraging and makes me think maybe I need to move on. I don't have the patience to continue to deal with these situations.

I agree @elated. I have been a little disappointed in returns also. I know that no business or company is perfect, but QVC is coming upon the busiest shopping time of the year. I can’t imagine what problems await, if they are having this much trouble.
