Now I know this subject has been beaten to death but I wanted to mention--if an item DOES NOT have their Smart Label included, you will have to pay to send it back. I believe it will say before you order it, whether it has that label. I will check thta out and edit this post if neccessary. And you can't pack those items in with the ones that do have that label. I kick myself that I recently ordered the KC puffer coat that was 8 sizes too small and was going to send it back, only to find it had no Smart Lable return and it would have cost me over $20 to send via USPS!!!! If it had the smart label it would have cost $6.99. The stupid thing cost me $38 to buy it!!! Am so angry!! Going to donate it but dang, am I angry for not realizing that whole scam. So-------no more buying from E.
P>S>--OK so there is no mention of whether an item has the Smart Label when you are just about to push the order button. I sent an email to CS to see what they say. Will keep you posted.

I had a paypal problem with them early on. Item was charged but then they ran out of so no product ever even sent, called and they said it would take 6 months for paypal to give me my money back. I complained and complained and they said that they had only one person who was in charge of the paypal link and it would take time. Finally I got the money back but what drama! Paypal said they could not help me unless they got authorization from Evine. It was he said she said kind of problem.... what a mess. Never again.

@wagirl yes I know this. Try to call them and ask for Smart Lable.Not guarantee but try. I did and told that I am disable and can't got to PO.,need this think and my mailman takes this packages from me (if paid off). They sent me. At list try.

Wow, I didn't know that. I have been buying clothing from them since summer but I haven't had to return anything so far, so I didn't know about the Smart Label issue. When they were Snbc, I stopped doing business with them because after many many years of being a faithful customer and spending many thousands of $$ over the years; they had the audacity to treat me like a thief when I reported that a measly $40 jacket never arrived at my home. I only went back to Evine last summer.

Both HSN and QVC have this SAME policy when it comes to a deal made with the VENDOR. Apparently, the items ships from the VENDOR so that's why no Smart Label. Now, HSN will refund you your postage. QVC and EVINE will NOT.

I never had packeges from QVC and HSN without pre-paid labels.
Never had this kind of problem with both of them.Sometimes labels come not in good condition, so just call and they sent new new one no question ask or you can print from website.

@wagirl Donate to Good Will and write off the full amount on your taxes. I do that often with Items I purchased that do not work out and it is cheaper for me just to donate them.

I never watch Evine, so I ask....is there a way to print a return label from their website?

Well, you are one smart cookie! You hit that nail on the head. I looked at my recent purchases and I checked tracking and some say "Not eligible for Smart Label return". You can indeed print The Smart Label for the the packages that do not say that. Thank you, that anwers everyone's questions.
