I had oral surgery about 6 years ago. Had to have a dental implant. It went very well. Since it was oral surgery, it well under our medical insurance. I don't remember what I paid, but it was less than $100 I think. Now the crown I had to have put on after it healed was about $700-800. There was no pain at all. The thing that did hurt was I had a funky little growth on my tongue which was cut or burned off. That HURT!!
