Re: Oh my the humidity

@781Florist

The cities along the Northeast corridor

(Boston to Washington) get these soul crushing dew points often.

You got that right - a lot of times the dew point gets very close to 78 - it can get wicked!

It's been a bad summer so far.  The forcasters where I live south of Charlotte keep predicting rain every day but then we rarely get it.   We did get quite a bit last evening and it dropped the temperatore about 15 degrees.

3:54am in FL, and the humidity is 90%. 🥵

There's always a lot to be thankful for if you take time to look for it.
For example, I am sitting here thinking how nice it is that wrinkles don't hurt.

@Mombo1

It's another month after the first day of fall till we get in a decent relief and the AC is still on during Thanksgiving. That didn't used to be the case.

@DSD2

It's the humidity that gets you every time.

I don't care what they say ... humidity is a LOT worse than it used to be.

I have no idea why.

Right now, 6:30am, our humidity is at 86%. Temps have been running in the mid 90s to low 100s. It's been like this for about a  month.

We had flash floods and storm damage in parts of my state a few times in the last 3-4 weeks. Midwest. Nothing like Texas.
