Odd News

I just saw on the internet news that a man is going to jail for 30 days due to a law in 1925......water on his land......he used in an area to stop wildfires. Really now........why are they not out picking up murderers and drug dealers?

Have you read that report? I posted since this is so odd to me. He also has to pay a $1500 fine.
