Ina Garten's dinner parties

I enjoy watching Ina Garten, the Barefoot Contessa, and her recipes. I also love her kitchen. After watching for some time, I have noticed that 95% of the time she is cooking to host dinner parties for a group of men. Never is her husband present but always away on a business trip. Just seems weird to me. Maybe she doesn't get along with other women. Has anyone else wondered about this or is it just me?
