Trademarks matter.  They are legal documents so they absolutely must be proper and exact.

An entertainment media site says she is even too embarrassed to make her eyebrow, lash extension and hair appointments now in public. Like another poster said trademarks is probably not an issue right now.

Wrong is still wrong just because you benefited from it.

Well, gee, why doesn't she get her fabulously rich and entitled parents to buy her a patent?  They bought her admission to her college of choice.  What's a few hundred thosand more for dear miss.
