O/T Time Warner Cable emails not working for 4 days now

Does anyone else have the misfortune of having Time Warner Cable for email service? This is really frustrating and aggravating and I hope we can get credited for all the days we weren't able to send or receive emails. ${#emotions_dlg.mad}$

What do you mean about Time Warner Cable's email service? I have Time Warner Cable internet service, but I have Outlook and Yahoo email, and haven't had any problems with those. Is there another email service connected to TWC? Would it have anything to do with the area you're in?

Oh, Sunshine, I'm sorry about that. I've never used their email service, but I've seen reports in the past couple of days about this problem -- nationwide, apparently.

I've only known these companies to give credit when Internet or cable service is completely out. Not sure they'll do so for email interruptions, but it's worth asking them.

Do you have an alternate email account, not operated by Time Warner, as a backup?

We have TWC for Internet and TV but I had no idea they offered Email service. TWC is one of the worst companies to deal with.

I thought it was just me. I haven't been able to get email before about 10 p.m. each night. Thought it was because I had company and they had signed all their tablets and phones onto my wireless.
