Now THAT'S customer service!

I order from Ebay from time to time and have always been very happy with my purchases.  But today when some pants I had ordered arrived, the XS fit like an XXS.  I turned to the inside to see if the wrong size had been sent, but the size tag had been cut out.  Ah ha.  This item was from Phoenix Trading Company, not an individual seller, and I have ordered from them before, with good results. 

 

So I clicked on the return tab and explained the reason for the return and also that I felt I should not have to pay return shipping as the item was not as described.  Well, not two hours later I had an email from Ebay, saying that my full cost is being refunded.  Also got an email from Phoenix Trading Co. apologizing and saying to just donate the pants rather than sending them back.  Now THAT'S what I call good customer service.
