I had fun with prime day . A few days before it started l was sent an invite for their credit card . It had a $200 dollar gift card attached .l applied, got approved and the $ was in my account .  Then a couple days later in the Prime Sale l ordered their 43 inch Fire Smart TV for $199 dollars . It's now back to $369 . My cost was $00 because I had the gift card.  Then I got a 10.2 fire pad for $104.  Now it's $179 . Also an Echo dot for $19 dollars is now today at $ 49 dollars . My tablet is arriving already today , tv next week .

@MamaWick

this is just ONE of the reasons I try never, EVER to buy from Amazon!

The minute I order something, the price changes.  Amz won't honor a 5 min price reduction....where QVC and others honor the lowest price for 30 days!

There are MANY other reasons as well....but you nailed one of them!

i dont have prime.. i do shop on amazon, but im never in a hurry for anything and usually i do have it pretty fast, within 5 - 7 days.. some i have got sooner.. i was thinking of buying an air fryer today, but im afraid of it not working/something being wrong with it.. i dont want to have to package it and ship it back .. i'd rather go to walmart or target, its easier to take it back,,,

Nope, not a lightning deal.  Didn't sell out.  Today it is back to the pre-Amazon Prime Day price.

That's because some third party sellers on Amazon don't offer their discounts on both Prime days.  Some dont even participate in Prime Day, they offer limited time discounts.  Amazon has it's own products but also a platform where thousands if retailers sell.  You had the 20% off and you decided to wait, for what?  You gambled and lost.  You can't blame Amazon for that.

@chrystaltree  We were not waiting to see if it would go down more.  We were, however, researching different brands of this item.  Heck, we research Fruit of the Loom vs. Hanes. By the time we went back to order, the 20% coupon was gone.  The item was not sold out.

you don't have to package and ship back. You can take it to Kohls and they don't want it packaged up. I am usually credited back within an hour of them scanning it in.

I bought another dust buster.  It's the same model that we have on our main floor and upstairs.  It normally sells for $59., once in a while I'll see it at $49, but no less than that ever!   On Prime Day it was $39.  I scooped one up as a back up.   We use of DBs every day on a regular basis,  so I thought having a back up was a good idea since we've had our current ones for many years.
