@kivah  Channel 159 is HD. The other channel was not.  Mine is gone, too.

Time Warner has many duplicates-HD and non-HD and they are slowly phasing out non-HD if the channel is also available in HD.

I usually turn on QVC because most of the tv shows are so violent, boring or endless BAD news stories - not to mention endless commercials.

QVC is essentially one endless commercial😏

Hi @mair to find QVC in your area go to the Program Guide on the website choose QVC in the upper left hand corner then scroll to the bottom of the page and put in your zip code this will bring up the channel in your area

I too was unable to get QVC.....  Have difficulty trying to read the Spectrum Guide because of an eye situation, so I called Spectrum.  Got the sweetest agent to help me.

Remember....if you live in the Kansas City, MO area, you will not have the same channel number as the St. Louis, MO area has......  The channels are different all over.

This is a provider problem.......not QVC's......
