First thing, if you put an item on easy pay that is an item shown on your account to reflect your available balance. I had a situation one time when the credit card I was using was a gift card and it was to expire the end of November. I had ordered an item and cancelled within minutes. I did an online chat and I got nowhere fast. So I called the credit card company and they gave me the info that I needed to get the money back on the account. I called QVC back and spoke to a rep who said the policy is that they can not do anything to release the hold on your account. I was upset and told her about the gift card that was about to expire. I gave her all the info  the bank gave me. She called me back and said she would try to get the info to my credit card company. About 2 hours later, the money was back on the card. I was very pleased with this customer service. I would not buy an item that I could not afford. Second, the easy pay always shows on the check out. You have to check the box if you want to use it. I think if you call your bank they will tell you what you need to get the hold off your money. Then call QVC and see if they will request the hold to be released. I hope this helps you. But never spend money that will cause you hardship.

Honored contributor.  That's not nice to kick her while she is down, it's none of your business what she buys.

If she wanted her business kept quiet,  she shouldn't have posted it publicly.   She speaks of the other unopened boxes she has,  she sounds like a compulsive shopper.   For once I have to agree with good Ole Honored Contributor (151949).
