My husband bought a Toshiba laptop recently. It's a middle of the road with 4G of memory and Windows 7. He is in school and has to access large PDF files to read.
At times, it works perfectly fine, other times it just sits and lags...lags and lags. Then it has to have a hard re-start.
I have downloaded 2 different performance diagnostics and have run them. Still no difference.
He is about ready to scream.
The problem happens with both Firefox and Internet Explorer.
Any ideas?
