Back Fence Greets 2012! Happy New Year Everyone!

Happy New Year to everyone! I hope it will be a much healthier one for each of us and our loved ones. I hope all of you've had a good first day of 2012.

We were both tired last night so went to bed before the new year arrived.......first time that's happened in a very long time.

After church services this morning we decided we'd try the Chinese restaurant once again to see if we could order some more of those delicious pot stickers and yep, they had them. They are soooo good! I ordered a dish with snow peas and when it arrived it looked lovely and delicious, but alas without those desired snow peas that I love so much. They informed me that they were out{#emotions_dlg.glare}I should have just settled for the pot stickers as I brought most of the chicken/veggie dish home as well as several of the pot stickers. We just had left overs a few minutes ago and they were as good as they were at lunch. One of the restaurant's in town was serving black eyed peas and Jim was sort of in the mood for them, but opted for the pot stickers instead.
