Another woman this week was releases after spending 30 years for murder that her boyfriend committed. It makes one wonder if some prosecutors just are in to score convictions.

Jane ~ Yes, I saw that on the news. She is now 70 and finally out of prison.....unbelievable.

I know, sometimes its incompetent defense attorneys as well that get the innocent jailed. I haven't watched the CNN series but I do read their cases online.

I remember when a former Illinois Governor removed all death row inmates from that status because he recognized all the mistakes that were made during the trials. I applauded him at the time and still do.

This one was being talked about near the end of the Arias trial, I think Marianne was posting with me about it, I can't recall her name, though.
