@Pantsonfire2 Absolutely!  I do vote, every election.  In fact, I am working the polls in two weeks.

That is wonderful.  Early voting is just down from my office building.  It rained all day here yesterday but today is just windy so thinking about walking down the street in just a bit.  Always early vote.  Thank you for helping with our privilege.

Well --- Charles always wanted Camilla -- always -- and the story goes, he never stopped seeing her even when he was seeing and then married Diana.  Camilla now has what she wants -- in essence -- to be Queen!  I never could stand her.  I am not a fan of Charles either.  Poor Kate -- having to deal with her!

oh, you know this? how? are you personally aquainted?

Whatever one thinks of these two, they really make sure the British public gets their money's worth, even if it's just in the form of such gossipy stories.

Re: New Royal Rift: Kate and Camilla

The UK is a democracy, they have a Parliament.   There is no need for a KING...let alone a Q-consort who just happened to marry a cheater.

Liz Truss is out since their economy is in turmoil.  The UK is facing a recession.  All told, there are 15 castles/mansions that need to be maintained   One castle has 1000 rooms.  The British taxpayers are fools.   Seriously, this is not the 12th Century, there is no need for the extravagance of this royal family who did not descend from King Henry VIII, but from his sister.

It's pretty common now for any rumors about conflict within the royal family is always from " royal insider" or an " inside source"...but never an actual name. The tabloids in the UK absolutely love this stuff. They print the most juicy rumor they can conjure up and cite it from a "royal insider" instant credibility in their own mind.

Such nonsense!  People sure like to speculate what goes on with the royals! 😂

A "Palace Insider" generally requests anonymity because they want to remain employed as a "Palace Insider".

The rumors almost always turn out to be true, although originated by unnamed sources.  I am leaning towards believing that this rift is true.  It strikes me as being very credible.

Well, if it's true that Kate and Camilla are at odds, all I can say is that I'm really shocked no one has yet found a way to blame Meghan for causing it!

If she thinks it will benefit her, she will have something to say about it.  Maybe it'll be in Harry's book - or she'll bring it up in one of her podcasts.  And, of course, somehow SHE will be the REAL victim of the piece.
