My kitten, Lucky, has shown interest in a library book I have. It's hard-covered with plastic on the front. When I was reading Lucky came over and started rubbing his face against the book. He kept at it for several minutes. Then he started biting the edge of the book. My Bridge cat, Quentin, did the same thing. I wonder why the cats do this. Maybe there is a scent the book gives off that I can't notice. I saw that there is a piece of tape folded on the book binder; could be the cats like the tape. I can't think of any other reason. Does anyone else's pet do this?
