New Hosts.

I sometimes see obviously new hosts in the wee hours of the morning. They really make me appreciate the talent of product description by the veteran hosts. I would be at a loss of words within 30 seconds.

Yes having previous sales experience would probably help.

I think the latest batch of the newest hosts are doing a pretty good job. I can imagine it is reall a lot to grasp, and nothing replaces experience!

 

Mary and Alberti are especially good for newer hosts in my opinion. Way ahead of the curve.
