I set up my account the Sunday it went into effect; no issue. My info comes up without issue and I made a payment when it was said to; again, no issue. I don't know about getting a new card....I don't care. There's nothing I want from HSN now so once my auto deliveries are done, the card is being cancelled/not used...whichever is better for my credit rating.

My hsn card was canceled by them a few years ago..was told i wasn't using it but if i wanted to reopen it and use the HSN card to notify them but i didn't.

 

But 2 weeks ago i was sent a letter by mail that they were sending me a new one and it would arrive soon...but it hasn't yet.  lol...
