I'm 5'3" 106 lbs soaking wet. I spoke with my doctor about being thin. The most I ever weighed was 119 when I was 9 months pregnant. I gradually lost and back to my regular weight between 106 and 109lbs. He suggested extra mini meals between three regular meals. I work, so it's hard to make breakfast in time before I go out the door. So I eat lots of yogurt, toast with sliced cucumbers on top (buttered) & cereal. Since my BMI indexed is considered normal, technically I'm not underweight. But I am thin and so far looks like I'll always be thin. Both of my parents were tall and thin.

Okay, Dr. Tinkrbl44 prescribes a small dish of ice cream several times a week.
Since a doctor prescribed this for you, it must be okay. lol
@Tinkrbl44 Good morning, Dr!
Just wanted to clarify that I do not think your recommendation of ice cream was not a bad one! Not sure that showed?
My son recommended the same one and I even bought the ice cream. Didn't taste like I thought it should!
Ate better yesterday and so far today!
Using non-dairy nutritional drinks extra, not as a meal, but as an additional meal!
Thanks for your input!
