The colors are white and Minty by Red Heart. The pattern for the afghan is on DaisyFarmsCrafts on Pinterest site. It shows the afghan pattern with three colors and I have made some with white, and two shades of the color selected in light color and a darker color of the color. I love the 2 colors also.
The site also has videos on YouTube to walk you through. It really is easier than it looks. It is crochet 10 sts and then change a color and after 10 sts back to the next color. You will just have to run the two strands of yarn colors behind and swap them back and forth every 10 sts.

I have made at least 26 afghans in this pattern in all different colors. Great for wedding and baby showers also. It shows a baby afghan pattern and a larger one for adults on their site. The site also is on Facebook.

My favorite yarn now is I Love Yarn at Hobby Lobby as it is a little softer than the Red Heart. Both are machine washable and dryable.

Hope this helps someone to discover this pattern. I learned to crochet when I was 16 and now am 75 years old and still crocheting.
