When I went to pick up my RX at the local grocery store / Pharmacy, there was a note taped to the window:

"Due to the nationwide IT Outage, we cannot dispense your RX at the drive-thru window.

You are welcome to come into the store to pick up your prescription."

Then next, Ulta was experiencing problems with their computers too.

On line, I read about the airlines having chaos because of this issue.

There is a rumor that it might allegedly be a global cyber problem.?

Airlines, etc.

I haven't kept up with any updates, though.

Let's hope for the quick best.

Several locations of our local grocery store Brookshire's as closed due to this.  I just saw it on my local news website.  What a mess.

Having to go into the store to pick up prescription is no big deal.

@beckyb1012 @ROMARY

On Reddit some posts relating to these tech issues sort of explain.

Crowdserve provided a Microsoft update with a flaw.

Microsoft is used worked-wide.

The issue is not thought to be a malicious cyber attack, just release of an accidental flawed update.

It's an issue with an IT update that didn't go through correctly.  Many places were impacted including my husband's place of employment but strangely enough not mine.

A lot of things are starting to come back up now.

@ahoymate

I agree with you.

My post was not meant to be a complaint

just a factual statement.

Banks, hospitals, pharmacies, airlines, social security offices, FedEx, and on and on it goes. This is now the way of the world and will continue to happen.
