@BornToShop   One of the best was their Carmelized Pear with Toasted Pecans.

I haven't seen that one in a few years, now.

@FlyersGirl   I haven't had Friendly's ice cream in over 20 years!!  It was always the place to go for ice cream, hamburgers on toasted bread (not hamburger buns) and of course the famous Fribble.

Good thing I have a freezer full of fudge bars, popsicles, etc, and some Dreyer's (Edy's in the east) Spumoni.

I do love that Dreyer's Spumoni.  I also love Rocky Road and Mint Choc Chip, and pistachio, which I haven't had in ages.  Talenti pistachio is pretty good.

I also love my 'Outshine' bars.  I have chocolate (like a fudgesicle), coconut (sooooo good!), Grape, and Peach.   I also love their 'popsicle' types that come in variety boxes, both sugar free and w/sugar.   I get both because the flavors are different.

I LOVE Heart those "Outshine" popsicles too...they are THE BEST popsicles...

Right?    They are so tasty and such a great array of flavors.   I don't tolerate heat well (read - AT ALL!), so these popsicles have been saving me.  Throughout the day I probably eat 3 or 4 of them, sometimes just to cool myself down a bit.  I keep my freezers pretty cold (as low as they go) so they are nice and firm, so it takes a bit to eat one.  I love that.

Plus, it doesn't hurt that you get a lot for your money.

Cheers!  Heart

Re: National Ice Cream Day Today

In New Mexico, we have Texas-based Blue Bell Creameries ice cream and sherbet.  Available in grocery stores.

Homemade™ Vanilla

A very respectable vanilla.

Dutch Chocolate

Likewise, a respectable chocolate.

Pistachio Almond

A fan of pistachio and almonds, so I still need to try this one.

Coconut Cream Pie

Big fan of coconut.  I'd probably eat a coconut covered cockroach.

Cotton Candy

I'm intrigued.

They keep their year-round flavors stocked, but also rotate new and seasonal flavors.

@just bee Mmmmm, I love Dutch Chocolate.  Years ago, Borden made a great Dutch Chocolate flavor, courtesy of Elsie, of course.  🐄

We have Blue Bell here in South Florida. The homemade vanilla is the best vanilla. Pistachio Almond is chock full of almonds.

@SloopJohnB  Have you ever been to Jaxson's Ice Cream Parlor in Dania Beach? It is an experience.

In college (upstate Ny), my roommate and I would have Stewart's sundaes for dinner.
Love ice cream. Also, anyone remember Jan's and the Kitchen sink?
