How can it be abusing the system when the QVC hosts repeatedly Tell us on air that if something doesn’t fit or we don’t like it, to send it back within 30 days. So then it becomes untruthful if a person is penalized for doing so.

What the hosts say is right, you can return it, they never say there isn't a penalty for returning more than you keep, so no one is "untruthful".

Yes, I would. Perfume can be laundered out.

I've bought clothing in B&M stores that had the scent of perfume where someone else tried it on, easy enough to wash.

I bet most of us wash our new clothes before wearing anyhow. I hope we are anyway, I know I am.

I've been shopping here for years and rarely sent anything back.  I bought a few items over the last few weerks and returned half. Poor quality, 2 of the same item, D&C, they fit differently, neither fit correctly.  I have some D&C that I've had for years when quality was so much better. No more Q clothing except flexabelle jeans.  I hate to return.

Not sure why anyone would want to continue shopping at a place that they have to return so many things.

Ma'am, if it says "as is", the item is sold at a discounted price, so QVC makes less money. I don't mean to be rude, but if you have returned that much stuff, can you  imagine how much money you have cost QVC? I mean, they are in business to make money.

So the person on here who said you are costing us money, is absolutely right.

I just wished qvc would be consistent with sizing.and I wish their quality control was more careful as what they send out

@Luvsmyfam No one is bashing you. You're ticked off because you got NO sympathy.

You need to shop elsewhere. If you returned 35% of your purchases to HSN I'm getting you'd get a letter from them too.

And being nasty to a CS person shows exactly what type of person you are. Please do go elsewhere to shop. Thought you were clever -- wrong.

@Love my grandkids

She only kept 35%, she returned 65%.

I wouldn't be patronizing a place where I was unhappy 65% of the time

whether it be a store, restaurant or a friendship

that would be too stressful - i avoid banks and post offices if at all possible
