Name of jewelry designer that used to be on Q years ago.

He had mainly silver with gemstones and he was on all the time. I can see his face but I cannot for the life of me remember his name. For some reason the name Jose pops into my head. Does this ring a bell to anyone?

I haven't seen him on in years. Does anyone remember who I am talking about?

Joe Esposito did beautiful jewelry items.  I still have several of them.  Another designer who was phased out.....  Smiley Sad

I thought of another: Hidalgo. He had beautiful sterling and enamel pieces-- mostly stackable rings. I have several l bought from the Q several years ago.

Yes, and I fear that several more designers are on the way out in many categories.  George Simonton, Michael Dawkins,  Hidalgo left a long time ago.  RLM rarely appears. The lady from England who brought skincare products (also was in Bloomingdale's), Nails Inc., Butter London............. These all had quality products,IMO.  Affinity dianmonds not on much.  The list is quite lengthy.  Instead, Q kills the audience with the never-ending presentations of a small core of products.  Saturation is not always a good sales strategy but is must bring in great dollars per minute because they are the billionaires and I am not Smiley Happy.

That is what I originally thought because the name Jose was sticking in my mind. When I googled him, I realized from the picture it wasnt' him. I have gotten 2 pieces of his from Ross Simons though! I like his stuff too!

I loved Joe Esposito's jewelry and he was kind of the first ones of the QVC stable that was dismissed which was a shame as he had great pieces at a nice price point.

There are several other designers that have also left QVC that I miss and to be honest I haven't purchased any jewelry from QVC in a very long time.  I do still enjoy Michael Dawkins and the Jai line but it appears that may be being phased out as well.

I remember taking time off from work to watch certain jewelry retailers but those days are long gone . . . Smiley Sad
