I am on a FB page that gives daily support. A very hard job that doesn't get the praise I think they deserve. A lot of people are very appreciative but not enough in my opinion.

Wrong is still wrong just because you benefited from it.

I certainly am appreciative of law enforcement.  For those who focus on the negatives, ask yourselves one thing:  When in deep trouble or you're feeling threatened, whom do you call?  Yes, these (mostly) brave souls.

Besides my  town being largely Irish and with Bagpipers, it is made up of many police officers. The majority are NYC Detectives, and Officers and some are Officers and Detectives in our County.

National Law Enforcement Day was the first thing posted on our towns FB page today.
