You are missing the point, scottie. You judge TS innocent without all the facts. That is the same as judging guilty. Judgement is judgement.

I don't think she sees how her posts regarding Tony Stewart come off. That's all I can figure.

We probably all are guilty (ha ha ha) of that at times, not just scottie.

Truth be told.

I don't think Scottie is missing the point at all. In this country someone is innocent UNTIL they are PROVEN guilty. Her posts are "coming off" as a person who has an open mind and is waiting for any shred of evidence to show he had any intent to hurt or scare Kevin but hasn't seen any. In my opinion to think any other way without any sort of credible evidence to support that is against everything our justice system stands for.

Have you read all of the posts here tonight, Irish? Not just this one? You need some context for the comments.

I have skimmed it and I haven't seen anything that would make me think I need more context but I am fully reading each now since I may have missed something. I did see a poster ask Scottie if she never makes her mind up about something before a jury does and if so that takes great restraint. We don't even know the facts that a jury knows yet so how could anyone think he showed intent at this point?

I should have been more clear. It's the differences between posts regarding Tony and the killing in MO.

I may be the only one who thinks the TS looked like he did not avoid hitting the driver. I watched the whole video and he looks like he could have swerved to miss him.

Not that I don't think the driver should not have gotten out of his car, putting himself in danger.

I think they were both acting in anger and ego.

I know, I am the odd person out, but I calls it like I sees it.

You are not..

me and a few other posters have said the same...

Ok, gotcha. I haven't read that whole thread because I am not up on that story at all. I don't know the facts of that story but I did ask a question on there. I just don't like reading or commenting on a thread that I know little about because I don't want it to make me feel one way or another until I at least know the basics of that case. I will read it tomorrow. I am too tired tonight. Thanks!

I think if that happened to me I would have an extremely hard time not trying to harm myself because of the guilt I would feel.

As in any sport, you know the risks you are taking.

I have heard all my life, why jump out of perfectly good airplane.

Why do the football players go back on the field when they are hurt.

Why does a man get on a mean old bull at the rodeo.

Why, because, they love what they do even though they know it might kill them.

Thank you. I am being insulted here and that is supposed to be against the new standards. I am trying to stay above it.

There is a fact that doesn't need waiting for. Kevin Ward walked out onto a race track while there was a race going on.

Hmm...thats how I am taking your posts scottie.
