My returns aren't being processed

I returned two boxes in february and my returns were never processed.  My credit card has been still getting charged.  This isn't the first time this has happened.  Any one else experience this?

Re: My returns aren't being processed

I need to call customer service every time I return something.  I usually wait around 3 weeks to call if it's not been credited. Then, miraculously, it appears.  Sometimes I wonder what they're trying to pull.

Re: My returns aren't being processed

@hannah64 - I haven't had any problems with returns.  I don't return much, but the last one or two, I used the new "Easy Returns" method.

This thread might've been better posted under the "Customer Care" forum, so the moderators could've picked up on it.

In the meantime, why don't you email them with the details of your orders/returns?  (Don't put any personal information on these forums.)  They're very good at resolving issues.  Just give them the order numbers and the issue and they can take it from there.

Re: My returns aren't being processed

[ Edited ]

I returned two items the last week of February - one was received 3/3 the other 3/6; the 3/6 one refund was processed yesterday - the other one hasn't been yet.  So it does seem to be taking 3 weeks or so.

I've said before - I don't understand why we need Easy Returns when we do a regular return online anyway.  We're giving them the same info that we'd give in an email.  And I always get a return email from them saying they received it, it's being processed, etc.

So why is a refund so much faster with an "Easy Return?"

The last time I emailed the social team regarding a return they told me to email the returns people.  I did and never got a reply so I called and got it taken care of.

And actually the last time I emailed the social team about another issue - last week or so - I never got a reply either.

Re: My returns aren't being processed

I have never have a problem using

EASY RETURNS

to return for credit or exchange.

It may not be instantaneous...but gosh it is faster than nothing!  I get an email reply and the credit/exchange is handled in 3-4 days.

I am surprised to hear unanswered emails to the mods.  I have always received a reply within hours!!!

Re: My returns aren't being processed

@hannah64 Whenever I make a return now I will send an email to: QVCeasyreturns@QVC.com. I add the order number,  item number and let them know that I would like a refund.

I know it's more work but it only takes a few minutes to do so and I always hear back from them within a few days.

Re: My returns aren't being processed

I aways use QVC Easy Returns, but I returned an item this week and called Customer Service the following day. I used their label that I printed, since one wasn't included in the bag. She said she could tell the label had been used, so she credited my account and even credited back shipping and handling because the item was damaged. I recommend to use either method for a fast return.

I do so as well @haddon9

We all come here to post....so it is just one email to type...and I never have to follow up with phone calls or additional emails.

Done!

I just watch to make sure the return/exchange is handled properly...so far it has been.

Just sending something back can be a nightmare.  The Returns Dept. can't read, follow simple instuctions or give the proper credit no matter how big a note I put in!!

Re: My returns aren't being processed

@hannah64   Oh, yes...on a consistent basis.  That's why I comopletely stopped shopping at QVC!

They promote contacting the "social team" with some info to expedite things; however, to me, it's an additional hassle that I choose to avoid by shopping elsewhere.  It's indicative of "mind set" that projects a level of customer "dissatisfaction" that's not commensurate with what I believe is great customer service.

I still shop at HSN from time to time as their return process is more user friendly.
