I bought a hand held Shark with the rotating brush, the brush stopped rotating after one use. I called Shark and they finally agreed to send a replacement brush but wanted to charge me for it. It arrived and after one use stopped rotating. So I will not be buying anything from that company.

Just got my Shark from JC Penny's on sale for $189.99 free shipping - and I noticed there's this button for bare floors, which I used, then I took it out in the patio where we have indoor outdoor carpeting, and put it on full brush and it was remote control, it was really easy to vacuum, made it so nice. Then I put it on my living room carpet - a thinker one, and that faster mode won't go, just a hard push one that is for bare floors. I wonder what I can do for that fast mode for there?

I was going to buy a shark but all the canisters are too small. It would take be forever to vacuum our house.

QVC Lindsays Grandma with the attachments, they came with it. The vacuum I had would not pick up enough from my carpets.......I had to do something.......I am glad I got it.

Hello Stilltamn8r..........I know what you mean.....it takes off........you don't have to push it......funny how that works........I don't know why it does but it does try and run away from me..lol

I don't know but call the company and see what they say....maybe that section is defective.......let us know what you find out.

I would take it back or have them send me something else. I hope you get back your money.
