I have a good mail carrier right now, but he still consistently delivers my neighbor's magazines to my mail box.  It's not a huge deal because I can walk them over to the neighbor's box, but it is annoying.  The carrier that works when my carrier is off is not great.  He will leave boxes on top of my mail box instead of bringing them to the front door.  Our mail boxes are right at the street, so anybody could grab a box off of my mail box.

As far as Amazon and USPS, I hate when Amazon items use USPS for delivery.  Usually, it's a vendor that sells on Amazon and not an actual Amazon-warehoused item that travels that way.

My frustration with trying to get to a live person when there is an Amazon issue is huge.  They no longer list the phone number on the web site and you have to jump through numerous hoops to get a live agent.

My mailman is great.  Can almost time to the minute when he will arrive.  BUT.....some days I get no mail.  Not sure if it's his day off, and then the next day ALOT of mail.  Not sure if there are true replacements if he is off.
