My 2 Dogs Had a Fight !

I have two dogs that are part sheltie/beagle, they are brothers. They had a fight today. They have been together since birth I think. I got them on petfinder many years ago, they are 7 years old. Ovis is high strung and afraid and jumpy. Somehow, they both got under a tray table (looking for crumbs) and the fight under the table. They sleep together, walk, play, they are good brothers, but sometimes something triggers a fight. Can anyone help me with a solution so it will not happen again. I love my dogs, but worried !!!
