@Monketoes Got so tired of having to get hubby to carry all the bags in...I got one of those carts a few years ago and it works like a charm.  I was surprised how much I could get in the cart and how easy it was to pull up the stairs. @CrazyKittyLvr2  get one you will love it!

I, or we, don't do the typical grocery shopping anymore. We shop online for all our food, once a week. We let Walmart do the shopping, and my BF picks it up, when he gets home from work. We LOVE this service, and it doesn't cost anything! Every once in a while, they are out of something, so we either go without, or go out to another store.

i can totally identify with your feeling of accomplishment.  i went alone to the grocery store myself this month for the first time since last june, and the feeling was kind of hard to describe ... but i know that you know!

Good for you!  it does take time.  What bothered me most was when people told me they knew people who were back to playing tennis after three weeks, and then I felt like a failure.

I found the ice machine really helped even more than any pain

medication.  But ultimately, you will be fine.
