My round of applause goes to Wayne from the Social Team. I emailed them yesterday and he replied so quickly that my first response to him may not have made sense. I don't do well under pressure. Smiley Very Happy

 

Regardless, he hung in there with whatever nonsense I first sent him and, once I figured out exactly what he was requesting, I sent what he had asked for. He resolved my issue and the entire process was over in a matter of minutes.

 

I believe QVC's social team is an exceptional group of hard working men and women and I appreciate them immensely.  Thank you to the entire Social Team! Heart Smiley Happy

 Have to say that over the years, I have spoken to lots CS reps at QVC...without exception, they have always been helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Far superior to other CS reps anywhere in my experience.

A-plus to all of them!
